Daily Furniture aims to achieve the highest possible standards in all areas of the business. If, unfortunately, you do receive goods which are not in perfect condition or you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Free delivery to all orders in mainland UK postcodes and in-stock items only. In some cases, your items may be delivered separately.
Some couriers might deliver the items on a curbside or leave them in front of the door.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Pallets might be used for heavy, large items. The driver is not responsible for unpacking the product or removing pallets and/or packaging materials.
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles. Some areas of Scotland would include an additional surcharge that will be added during the checkout process and made clear to you.

Daily Furniture offers great deals, which includes free delivery (extra shipping charges apply to certain areas). Once your payment has been made your order will go straight through to the delivery team, where they will select a delivery date.
If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day.
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. Collecting the return items will be charged at £40 for larger items & £12 per box for smaller items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
What You Need to Know Before You Start a Return:
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
For all change of mind returns, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition and packaging you received them and that the items are dismantled. Our Distribution Centre Team assesses every item that is returned to us. If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging, a penalty fee of 50% of the full product price (before any discounts) will be deducted from your refund.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.
If your payment card expires before we process your refund, please contact our Customer Care team by telephone on 020 3962 0850 with your sort code and account number so we can refund you via BACS payment.
