    Free delivery to all orders in mainland UK postcodes and in-stock items only.

    We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Scilly Isles. Some areas of Scotland would include an additional surcharge that will be added during the checkout process and made clear to you.     Delivery Process

    Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8 am to 6 pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. We send emails and SMS alerts to let you know when your order is in transit and on the day of delivery to you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time for these types of deliveries.

    If your order includes multiple boxes, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, ensuring your products reach you as quickly as possible.

    Feedback

    Standard Delivery is normally undertaken by one delivery driver. Our drivers are busy people delivering lots of parcels to lots of customers each day.     Returns
