Free delivery to all orders in mainland UK postcodes and in-stock items only.
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Scilly Isles. Some areas of Scotland would include an additional surcharge that will be added during the checkout process and made clear to you. This item will be delivered by one of our national carrier partners, e.g. Hermes, DHL, Panther, Arrow XL, Tuffnells or other carriers as appropriate.
Delivery Process
Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8 am to 6 pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. We send emails and SMS alerts to let you know when your order is in transit and on the day of delivery to you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time for these types of deliveries.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple boxes, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, ensuring your products reach you as quickly as possible.
Feedback
Standard Delivery is normally undertaken by one delivery driver. Our drivers are busy people delivering lots of parcels to lots of customers each day. If you’re around to receive your delivery, and the driver does a good job for you, let them know with a kind word, they really appreciate it. If we need to improve, let us know that too by contacting us. We welcome and appreciate every piece of feedback as it helps us improve our service.
Delivery Time Estimates

Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it. Please send it back to us in its original packaging. Credits are issued in the form of store credit.
Damages
If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
Faults & Warranty
If an item arrives that is faulty, missing parts, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible.
Packaging
Where possible we prefer to deliver items using the supplier or manufacturer's original packaging to reduce waste caused by re-packaging.
